Most bikes are suitable, although very narrow tyres can be quite uncomfortable on paths such as the Wirral Way. All we ask is that your bike is safe, roadworthy and you carry a puncture repair kit and spare inner tube (a much quicker fix) - but don't worry someone will always be happy to help to assist you if required.  You will not be required to become a member for your first couple of rides.

Capenhurst Station (B ride)

Lunch: Nags Head Bunbury

This is a B ride. 49 miles round trip, 25 miles to lunch.

Not hilly, but it is 25 miles at a reasonably good pace.

Return back to Capenhurst is 24 miles but can be shorter if any one would like to leave at Chester or Bache.

Lunch is at the Nags Head in Bunbury, Chips and Sandwiches for £5 a head
